The Capital Markets Group at MFC manages primary issues for selected corporate clients in its sector strong universe, in the context of regional transactions, landmark offerings and cross-border deals. Our scope of activities ranges from structuring issues to marketing, syndicating and distributing the resulting securities. Our distribution capabilities are well-versed, extending throughout the East and Africa, going beyond the generalist to the significant niche investors.
The Capital Markets Group at MFC has extensive experience in preparing issuers to go to market placing primary equity securities and implementing effective marketing and price-successfully.
The Capital Markets Group at MFC works alongside our sector investment bankers and execution pool to structure and execute the transaction, while in many cases, continuing to actively guide the client after the deal has closed, with a view to increasing flexibility to tap capital markets in the future.
